is hiring a
CAMPAIGN DIRECTOR (m/f)
who dreams of working for a better environment, and who is looking for a challenge in an internationally structured NGO.
Greenpeace is an independent global campaigning organisation that acts to change attitudes and behaviour, to protect and conserve the environment and to promote peace.
Your tasks:
- Lead and manage all aspects of our campaigning work.
- Develop and implement short and long term campaign strategies.
- Provide people management to the staff in the campaign department (+/- 20).
- Identify campaign priorities.
- Manage the campaign budget.
- Represent Greenpeace to the media, politics and industry.
- Integrate the campaigns together with communication and fundraising into a coherent organisational plan.
- Represent the campaign department to Greenpeace International and to the board of Greenpeace Belgium.
Your profile:
- You are a born leader and you have excellent people management skills.
- You have relevant professional experience.
- You are fluent in French, Dutch and English.
- You are motivated by the Greenpeace values and objectives.
- You have strong organisational skills and are capable to overview multiple projects.
- You perform well under time pressure and you are stress resistant.
- You excel in strategic thinking.
- You are decisive and creative.
- You have intuition for setting the right priorities.
- You have highly developed social skills and you are a great communicator.
- You understand the legal impact of our campaign work.
